Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2011
Esta é grande vencedora do Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2011, promovido pelo Natural History Museum, da Inglaterra. “Still life in oil”, do fotógrafo espanhol Daniel Beltrá, retrata um grupo de pelicanos resgatados do vazamento de petróleo da BP no Golfo do México em 2010 e sendo tratados em um abrigo para tentar limpar suas penas embebidas em óleo. This is the overall winner of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2011, organized by England’s Natural History Museum. “Still life in oil”, by Spanish photographer Daniel Beltrá, portraits a group of pelicans rescued from BP’s oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010 and being treated in a shelter to try to clean their plumage soaked in oil. Uma das fantásticas imagens premiadas na 2ª edição do concurso fotográfico “Earth and Sky”. Foi difícil escolher uma para colocar aqui, mas escolhi esta do iraniano Mehdi Momenzadeh mostrando o céu em Isfahan. O concurso foi organizado pelo site The World At Night (TWAN), que vale uma visita pelas fotos que mostra do mundo à noite. Clique na imagem para ver as demais fotos vencedoras.
One of the fantastic images awarded in the 2nd edition of the “Earth and Sky” photo contest. It was hard to choose one to show here, but I picked this by Iranian Mehdi Momenzadeh showing the Isfahan sky.
