Egypt, a journey through History

A travel report

lotusIn History classes, Egypt was always one of my favorite subjects. In December 1997, my friend Beth and I had the opportunity to see all those things that come to our minds when we think of Egypt: pyramids, temples, mummies, tombs, camels and, of course, the Nile - a river that has been feeding and molding this nation for thousands of years.

Egypt. A new destination for me. A country proud of its ancient civilization. The land of the pharaohs. The gift of the Nile.

Take this journey with me. I am sure you will enjoy it.
