Cosmosoma teuthra

Uma mariposa Cosmosoma teuthra que apareceu aqui em casa e posou para fotos antes de ser solta. Ela tem asas com partes transparentes e esse laranja vivo nas asas e na cabeça, além de alguns pontos de um lindo azul brilhante. A Cosmosoma teuthra é encontrada nas florestas tropicais e equatoriais das Américas Central e do Sul e tem cerca de 4cm de envergadura.

A Cosmosoma teuthra moth that showed up here at home and posed for photos befoe being free. It has wings with transparent areas and this bright orange color on wings and head, besides some spots of a beautiful glowing blue. The Cosmosoma teuthra is found in the tropical and equatorial forests of Central and South Americas and has a wingspan of circa 4cm.
