Esse bicho estranho ao lado é um társio da ilha de Siau, na Indonésia. As mãozinhas dele até são meio humanas, não são? Ele é um dos 25 primatas mais ameaçados de extinção, segundo a lista compilada por um grupo de cientistas conservacionistas divulgada no artigo The World's 25 Most Endangered Primates: 2008-2010. This odd animal at left is a tarsier from Siau Island, in Indonesia. It is one of the 25 most endangered primates, according to a list compiled by a group of conservationist scientists and published in the article The World's 25 Most Endangered Primates: 2008-2010. Indonesia and Madagascar are the countries with more species in this list. Let's hope that the governments and citizens work to keep these and other endangered animals among us.
