Este aqui é o belo veleiro Esmeralda, navio-escola chileno que está na regata Velas Sudamerica 2010. Com 113m de comprimento e 19 velas, desde 1954 é usado nos treinamentos da Marinha Chilena. Outro participante da regata é o navio-escola mexicano ARM Cuauhtémoc, que mostrei aqui no mês passado.
This is the beautiful sailing ship Esmeralda, the Chilean training vessel that is taking part of the Velas Sudamerica 2010 regatta. With a length of 113m and 19 sails, it has been used in the training of the Chilean Navy since 1954. Another ship in the regatta is the Mexican training vessel ARM Cuauhtémoc, shown here last month.
