O grande líder da independência e dos direitos civis na Índia, Mahatma Gandhi, foi assassinado há 60 anos, no dia 30 de janeiro de 1948, em Nova Déli, por um radical de corrente oposta ao pacifismo pregado por ele. Após tantos anos, Gandhi continua sendo um exemplo de simplicidade e luta através da não-violência - o contrário do que vemos hoje pelo mundo. The great leader of independence and civil rights in India, Mahatma Gandhi, was murdered 60 years ago, on January 30, 1948, in New Delhi, by a radical of an oposing current to the pacifisim he preached. After so many years, Gandhi is still an example of simplicity and non-violent fight - the contrary to what we see today around the world. Gandhi graduated in Law in England and practiced in South Africa, where he started his policital activity in the defense of the Indians who lived there. Read more about him in the links below.
